The company does not hv a proper organisational structure as such. Anything can b changed as per the wishes of CEO or to accommodate favourites. One day they hv requirement for an EA and in 6 months time when the employee is to b confirmed, company doesn't feel need of that position. So employee has to adjust with whatever they throw at you or if you hv self respect, you choose to leave.

Dislikes

The HR doesn't go out of the way to retain a good employee. Because of which all the best employees who can make difference for lifting brand name in marketplace are replaced with not so talented employees. Also, it affects the continuity of internal processes. There are no SOPs followed and deviations are done more often.
