I worked here as an SE and let me tell you the company is garbage, There is a HR department ka vp who is puppet of general managers cant see what’s cooking under his company and claims to have 20 years of experience general managers practice favouritism bringing people of his reference to the company they have this joke called open house where they give awards to non performers and say it is for motivation seriously you are using award as a motivational tool? General manager says micro management is good thing and the HR vivek dantas is agreed to this nonsense too !
