The industry was open to innovation s and readily adopted latest technology for improvements and cost cutting. Work environment was very conducive. Workers and staff were very laborious and skilled. Compensation was decent but the company progressed slowly. Though the work pressure was less, however I did not see good future prospects.

Work Details

My work profile was challenging. I had to achieve production target along with quality. I also dealt with customer complaints and purchase of engineering material. To sum up, I worked as a Operational head.
