It's a trading job, so everyday u start afresh with a new challenge.

Dislikes

The company cons you, they hire you as derivative analyst but gives you the profile of an equity trader. They hire MBA for work which can be done by Graduates. They sign bond for a period of 18 months because people find out the harsh truth within first month and they feel trapped. They also have extreme strict and unprofessional rules regarding punch ins. One second late after 8:30AM results in deduction of half day salary. I won't recommend this company who seeks career growth in field of finance. There is no growth here. There is hardly any scope of analysis. I have mentioned all these based on my 18 months experience in this company....Read More
