1. The working culture & policies are not employee friendly 2 Salary deduction if you are late for 1 sec even if the previous day you left the office at late night 3. This company is not good for youth and new employee 4. There is restriction in wearing clothes you can not wear jeans in this office it will lead to salary deduction 5. if you are going to take leave for 2 days and it between these 2 days if any official holiday or Sunday arrive the company will deduct the salary for 3 days insted of 2 days as per their bad policy...Read More

When I joined first and I came from the Russian embassy, Here I need to sit on one chair, one closed room and 6 people sitting around me at a distance of 20 meters each, no external space, no cafeteria, and leaving the office is not allowed during the working hours. HR initially said, yes you can go out but once you get into the system they will ask you to wear a specific type of dress, not to go out. I was thinking that I could make my career, but in 2 days only I realise that I could break my career in this organization for sure. People were working like robots, In the office no free space, no space to walk, and no chai machine/coffee machine, not even an oven. You need to think of some advanced level of jail while getting into this office. I got to know here, they can any time fire you even without any reason, and at the time of the probation period, you are not having any notice period. My suggestion will be better not to get into this company if you are looking to make your career I left job in just a week because the working environment is something that today's generation cannot survive...Read More
