I am machine shop incharge doing so many activity .e.g daily production planning,review of production achievement,work on process improvements,cycle time reduction,all IATF16949 ACTIVITY,Lean activity, work as a internal auditor,involve in new development activity,employee training activity.

Dislikes

unskilled labour,salary very less, daily 10 to 12hrs working, no yearly increament,no leaves only 22 days per year.daily target for cycle time reduction.therefore there was no career growth.in covid 19 there was no salary in lockdown period,no leave allowed to take salary of leave not given there was no training for freshers. I have no benefit as per my work therefore I want to leave my job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
