I enjoyed my two month internship at Manlift India. The Marketing Department has a global work culture that gives you aa chance to voice your inputs as well as learn from the inputs of seniors.

Dislikes

It was an internship, so I did not spend enough time to find flaws. But perhaps one area of improvement would be a structured internship policy - with stipends paid on time and a certificate given at the end.

Work Details

The internship took place during the pandemic so the role was to work from home. But the other team members especially the Marketing Department based in UAE were very encouraging and made the internship a great learning experience.

The company is not working for welfare of the employees in terms of monetary & non monetary.Also company not adopt good technology & training for the growth of employee.Salary is low but appraisal is high. Basically , I have to travel to different location in India to find some new projects where i can contribute to the company revenue some times lots of travel hectic me but its OK as it is the part of my job.I go to market to take orders & payments.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.
