Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is not very high. Sometime, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day but overtime faculty not provide. I have to attend senior's calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging. Mould maintenance, hot runner related as maintenance, heater and thermocouple change, mould preventive maintenance, 5s maintain, kizen, iso documents.
