Inventory management are very well mannered, staff are co operative & Nursing DNS are very helpful.

Dislikes

Duty hours sometime be very hectic, sometimes leaves are not getting in proper time, & after 4 times only one night off.

The very first thing I like about the hospital is its work environment and most importantly the helpfullness of all employees regardless of the depratments.

Dislikes

Working in a healthcare can sometimes be stressful. We have seen that in the Covid period. One thing I would say the hospital lacks on is its man-power. Yes we manage to do our work properly and efficiently with the current man-power that we have but at what cost? The work life has become so stressful. Afterall we are also human beings. That's the only drawback I can think of while working there.

i like working environment of Manipal hospital.

HR policies and HR politics i didn't like , who is not working who is talking more they will get benefits,. Moreover union team is makes lot of politics over there and get more benefits than who is working hard. HR team will not check education and qualification is there ON line or Regular college these things will not consider when hiring Managers. There is no back round verification check.

People who are in top most position like medical superintendent/chief manager are not doing their work properly always doing bad politics to others to keep their chair stable.In bhubaneswar unit currently medical administration is very bad and always doing dirty politics rather than their work. Hospital is a best hospitals,if they change or minus this kind of unwanted people.
