Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

The company is making lots of excuses. it terminated two of its employees without giving prior notice and mentioning any valid reason. It also deducted salary of those two employees since the lockdown started. They are also threatening other employees. It's one of the toughest time. The employees works for the betterment of the company and give their best to bring it to its best. But when the situation is not in the favour, it easily kicks out its employees.There's not a single support....Read More

Dislikes

The company treats its employees as they are their servant. It does not provide the actual it hires for. It's harassing its employees. The working hour is from 0930-1830 hrs, but forcefully asks you to stay till 2100hrs in night. There are lot many other issues.

Work Details

They hire you for some other profile but you have to behave like their servants when you join. boot-leaking is all what goes on. People who really work are always scolded but the one who leak their boot are appreciated.

The culture is more like you're in school or ashraam. If you be good to ceo, even if don't do anything constructive you will be counted in valuable asset... They give opportunity to new talents; you can learn a lot from your seniors. Food is provided to anyone working away from their hometown. Bonus is given after completion of 1 year, also there is nothing like notice period.

Dislikes

It's a typical family business, no corporate benefits, no Saturday off. Good for fresher but not a longer run unless you are local, staying with your family., also not looking for career growth as hardly there is any learning curve.
