This is the largest pump manufacturer in central India Company will work in future by adapting new technologies like Artificial Intelligence and Automation. Company will soon shift from medium scale to large scale company. It's employees are hardworking and dedicated. Various other facilities provided by company to its employees like lunch in 500 Rs which is Limited Thali, bonus on Diwali Occasion, HRA etc. Customers are happy with company. Very Low salary is provided by company which is not as per today's requirements. Long Timings Very slow growth. Low prices are given to suppliers and vendors for materials. Very Low salary of permanent workers. No water cooler facility. No hospital and ambulance facility. No Bonus provided on Diwali to staff members , only KRA is provided which should not be considered as bonus . Limited Thali lunch facility is not liked of any Staff member.It should be unlimited.
