Company is good ,but very slow growth . Salary is very low . Company is totally money centered and do not focus on career growth of their workers. Permanent workers who are working from 20 years have very low salary near 10000 rs per month. They people show this is small company but fact is that they have 4 units and 1 big marriagegarden and many other sources of earning and if this is small company then from where they have earned such lots of money . Why they do not pay salary as per today's requirements . They only uses us . Overall company's MD and other management people are good but they are very stingy . Growth is very slow and salary is very low in staff. Working hours are also long in very low salary . This type of people and company require to be in focus of Indian government and government should take strict action on such companies. Indian government atleast respect engineers and punish those companies owners who do not respect today's educated youths and talents ....Read More
