Working in Mando was my first job. So i enjoyed learning my skills.

Dislikes

No Job security and Casteism is predominant in Mando. Apart from Koreans, indian employees are treated partially based on their caste. Contractual employees are treated like a trash.

Work Details

Good Learning, Reporting Manager is supportive of my career growth. Not appreciated for my contributions.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
