Being a largest company in poles manufacturing in India, it holds unique identity and its clientele majorly power distribution boards across pan India continued their faith and reliability in the quality of the products being supplied. As regards to the employee working culture, the job security was a crucial factor. Since the company is having seasonal business owing to the products nature, half of the year company operations are at full swing and balance 6 months it falls to average business operations. Due to this peculiar situation most of the marketing and sales staff keeps swapping their jobs. Except HODs other staff in this division faces job insecurity. Increments are not regular and only yearly Bonus is paid regularly. HR department is very lethargically maintained and doesn't catch up with latest development in the job market. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
