Being a largest company in poles manufacturing in India, it holds unique identity and its clientele majorly power distribution boards across pan India continued their faith and reliability in the quality of the products being supplied. As regards to the employee working culture, the job security was a crucial factor. Since the company is having seasonal business owing to the products nature, half of the year company operations are at full swing and balance 6 months it falls to average business operations. Due to this peculiar situation most of the marketing and sales staff keeps swapping their jobs. Except HODs other staff in this division faces job insecurity. Increments are not regular and only yearly Bonus is paid regularly. HR department is very lethargically maintained and doesn't catch up with latest development in the job market.
