As regards to the employee working culture, the job security was a crucial factor. Since the company is having seasonal business owing to the products nature, half of the year company operations are at full swing and balance 6 months it falls to average business operations. Due to this peculiar situation most of the marketing and sales staff keeps swapping their jobs. Except HODs other staff in this division faces job insecurity.
