I was at lamoda site. Sandeep sir supported me very well, he teach me about sales process, Manav group culture, also supported by Ramesh sir, rudra sir, swati mam. HR team is also very supportive. So Much Internal Politics in Sales Department. Egoistic old sticky seniors who always behave rude arrogant and dominant behaviour created messy environment In Sales Department. They Treat you like Slave. Only Sugarcoating you have to do If you want to satisfy senior's ego.
