My Previous Review was deleted by company. Dear ambitionbox kindly don't remove this Review because this review written in the hope that owners and senior management of company will take this issues seriously for company's Growth.
Dislikes
I left the company due to deeply challanging experience working in Sales Department. Below is the detailed account of issues I faced.
1. Toxic work culture: The working environment in sales department is highly unprofessional and stressfull.
2. Lack of Respect for employees: Employees were often treated poorly with no acknowledgmentof their work or respect for their professional and personal challanges.
3. Unrealistic workload: The workload was overwhelming involves pre-sales calls, sales calls, recovery calls, Cp calls and even Cp sourcing also. Managing these responsibilities simultaneously created unmanageable and exaust routine. They will not let sit you free for 1 minute also.
4. Difficulty in Availing leaves: Taking leaves and even weekly offs was an uphill battle. Employees were often "beg" for basic timeoff. But seniors take time offs in company working time itself for personal work.
5. Authoritarian Leadership Style: Sales head, Cluster head and some seniors often behave like they are owner of company, disregarding employee concerns and enforcing own rules without accountability. Their attitude is like " company can't do anything harm to me " .
6. Immense pressure to meet targets: The sales team was consistently under tremendous pressure to achive unrealistic targets. Managers often resorted to rude and unprofessional abusive language this demotivating employees.
7. Excessive flattery: To survive in this Sales department employees were expected to engage in excessive flattery and unquestioning agreement with managers and sales heads regardless of validity of their decisions.
Favratisiom: Certain favourite employees who do flattery recieved preferential treatment which created sense of inequality and demotivating environment in team.
Dictatorial Behaviour: The management style was harsh and rigid and dismessive of alternative viewpoints which created toxic and demoralising environment.
10. Targeted Harrasment: Employees who voice concerns or disagree with decisions were often subjected to targated mistreatment and making it difficult to work without fear of retribution

No job security at all, company can remove u by giving without any valid reason. Self made policy are there which r useless. Too much politics is there in the company.
Dislikes
Some trusty old people are stick there and if u r not in their favor so these people decide whether the employee has to kept in the company or not and owner is not bothered about anything. He is fully rely on that person. Company is not giving the incentives to the employes for example if u work there for 1 and half year and you have some problem with sales HOD so they will try to remove u from the company as soon as possible and cut that incentive and share with Head office. Worst company in pune
I would suggest if u r really looking a good flat farm in real estate dont join this compny. You will get a very bad experience of these people....Read More

I was handling the project very well but they want to show management that you r not doing your job some times they praise you and some times they will say you good for nothing. Worst company don't join.
