My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Like ? There is nothing to be liked there very poor management and employees behavior. Unorganized and unethical practices are done their. No new ideas can work as the follow what their competitors are doing and copy them.
