Management are very good and lab management team very supportive especially. Mobin sir lab incharge my work experience very enjoy my staff I learned a lot from all of them.

Very polite nature owner Dr. Naman hospital culture a very good a lot off experience in hospital

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
