Working time is too high to compare other companies. Communication side is poor to improvement. Loans process is less time but high documentation work. After 1 year employee feel to work badly due to unwanted transfers to other states.

Work culture. No flexibility-in any aspects No half days No public holidays-only national holidays are available-for eg with Christmas day as working in all states except kerala.
