Area Heads are mentally torturing to the other subordinate staffs. They are mentally torturing in the name of target. Everyday they put target to the subordinates. And the joke is they didnt do any job except mental torturing. And they also get big remunaration and bonus. But the real workers are BHs and other staffs. They didnt getany bonus. Even they didnt get the monthly salary properly. For me its a worst dicission to choose MAFIL job. I recomend no one go to this job. They make you mental patient......Read More
