On time salary. 5 days working company.

Dislikes

No job security - you can be fired at any point in time. People and work management is very poor. Department heads consider them a king of this messy jungle. Each and every work is manual on excel. People do not want to change rigid work processes. Salary parity is not in place. Join at your risk.

1. Every perk (GT Cars) and opportunity (Overseas) only exist for Functional Heads. 2.HR doesn't take employee concerns seriously. Instead of following on truth from the employee , only truth that is heard is of FH & TL. 3.Dont join here !

Management eats the word "Competency" in breakfast , lunch & dinner but on the contrary they have people with 3 years experience defining it and people with 1 year experience driving it. 2.No Transparency. 3.Performance rating is already decided by TL & HOD even before the discussion with employee. 4.Cost saving can be done by reducing the seating capacity as most employee are WFH but still company has 2 office spaces , instead of cancelling coupons for Diwali....Read More

1. If you have nice relation with TL/Manager then even if you don't perform you have a good job security. 2. If your husband/wife working in same team/department then TL/Manager will not highlight poor performers. 3. Free salary for Non billing employees.

1.Dharamshala Company. 2. They boast regarding compliance and have family members (Husband & Wife) working in same team/department creating conflict of interest. 3. They boast regarding compliance and have employees approving loans (As HR Team is busy with CSR ) as part of company benefits only to those who outperform.
