There was no discipline within the organisation.There was too much political interference and frequent labour troubles.Moreover,the Company was facing serious working capital crisis and its overhead expenditure was too high.It also faced order book problem.As a result ultimately it went into liquidation.

I worked there as Company Secretary for about nine and half years.I used to look after company law matter and also incharge of Hindi Cell.
