If you leave this company, then they will stop your salary and they will not pay. Work culture is poor, here everything about relationship (nepotism). They never pay you monthly. They will stop your salary upto 4-5 months then they will pay 1 month salary. Food is also terrible there. T here is no time for your personal work. Management used to listen their relatives only. In this company a lot of politics happen. no increment, no salary, only work My suggestion is please don't join this company, otherwise your life will become hell...Read More

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues, here is salary is low and your career growth is zero. They provide you food but the quality of food is very low even workers eat better than their food.

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
