Not at all satisfying

If you're working here, then forget about getting paid on a fixed date. They pay you whenever they want and sometimes they just deduct your salary without informing you. Also employees here are not paid for 2-3 months straight. Also they want their employees to be available for 24×7 and there is nothing called personal life here.

This company has given a kick start to my career by providing proper training and knowledge. Employees are given the respect they deserve. The owner of the company is always ready to help the employees and always interact with them to know about their problems and issues if any.

Dislikes

The salary paid is a bit less but compared to the amount of work and pressure it gives the salary is acceptable. They even pay their employees for months when there is no work like in times of COVID 19.
