Likes

- i dont feel like working. Its a good space where i work for more than 12hrs a day. - I worked with 3 other MNCs and in comparison the work pressure is very less in comparison. - Malabar is quite a big brand in comparison with competitions.

Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Pathetic working hours. Daily iam working for more or equals to 12 hours. I think govt should definitely interfere on jewellery and textile industry regarding this. Even after working like this iam having just 5 leaves in a month. (4 week offs and 1 casual leave)

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
