Only dislike i have that there is no such thing call dislike about Makeover Fashion Inc. But I will add some points from the Retailing Prospect. 1. Some of the Stores are at Basement of the building and it's not visible from road, And if there vehicle is parked in front of Store than customer can't locate the store. 2. Stares needs to be fixed, Customers are getting hurt from it, Which gives a bad impression. 3. Interior should be renovated time to time for the better feel of the brand. 4. Lighting of the store is not upto the mark according to the Women's Apparel Store. 5. Store has too old Glass front door should be changed along with the Mirrors, It's a Women's Ethnic Brand gives an unorganised impression. 6. Kindly Installa new light weight lastest Maniqqune for smooth operation while opening and closing Store and during rainy season. 7. Do provide Maniqqune protector from Sunlight and rain, Which leads to faded Merchandise. 8. Merchandise should be kept on hanger instead of Shelf, It will be DECISIVE for the Customer and making it a Seamless shopping, Keeping Merchandise on shelf which makes more like a Boutique Store. 9. Outdated hangers should be replaced as it doesn't match with the Brand, Feel of the Brand and it Value Shoul be Highlighted. 10. During EOSS, Signage board and it's equipments are not provided on time, which leads to miss the opportunity of displaying the Offer about the Brand and it's Merchandise. This company is all about lies. Salary is not paid on time. No PF if you are earning more than 25k. As Employer has to contribute for PF. No Insurance provide from the company. Salary will be paid to employees after 40 days. More Absconding cases seen from the organization. Salary is not paid as per Karnataka labour act. Basic salary is paid minimal to save PF. Working hours 10 AM to 9:30 PM. Employees are asked to sign and give blank cheque to the organizations, if anything is missed in the stores can be collected from employees. Majority of the employees are not given offer letter. Relive letter is nit given by the company. Notice period 60 days. If you want to screw your career and personal life join this Hell and feel the pain....Read More
