A good learning platform for beginners best part is no target they need only 1-2 confirmation or execution in a month by the employee side work environment and people are too good everytime available for help and give their experience

Dislikes

As such in my point of view there it's quite unfair to talk bad about to company yes but one thing I didn't like is management.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
