Mahle as a compney is very good. Read again Perfect organization for women to grow in career Satey wise Attional facility Crutch available for working mothers Perfect policies for women No harassment on women ( 0 tolerance, also harassment department who listen) For women its haven Flexible working hour And its opposite for men !!!!

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
