I like different types of skill development and training program which is conducted by our HR. It is very beneficial for us.

As per my work experience career growth is not good. Environment of my area office is not upto mark.

I had worked in tough territory's and seeded our products in all districts of Jharkhand with my all efforts. I had established Nexera motor in Ranchi . Nowdays it does not need any support to run its business . I like to do challenging work.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
