Company working hours are 8:30 am-5 pm. Late sitting is comparatively less. Good work life balance. Company offers good number of leave benefit.

Company has strict disciplinary policies. Punching should be on time. Company requires compulsorily wearing uniform.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
