Work culture in this company is very funny,when we work hard , then we were appreciated for our work that's feel very happy.company policies are very good for employee's like mediclaim, birthday policies.

There is lot of politics in senior level and it affects the lower level.

It's very interesting, I was joined the company as assistant credit and I got three promotions in this company.thanks to my superiors who gave me the opportunity.
