Increment cycle not as per the industries standard. Performance calibrations need to improve. Rating dose not play role in increment percentage. Promotions dose not play role in hike of salaries. Employee engagement is not that good, far away from industry trend. it is limited to audience, employees on remote locations not getting noticed for their performance.

1. This policy does not apply to me since I come in remote policy but it applies to others in my team, they have to be in the office for 9 hours and complete their shift. This doesn't ensure that people are working

White Collar Employees (above G.M level)are very egoistic. Very toxic environment in office. Even after achieving 100% KRAs, Job Security is Zero , threats of job loss .
