A young company with a unique model in the field of logistics in India, Seniors are very supportive, friendly that is the beauty one finds working here, but you hardly finds time to interact with them as everyone is located in different locations, Management is supportive & sensible, No partiality, Recognition for talent provided an available opportunity.

No training offered for new joiners & it differs from one place to another as there is no standard procedure set by the management & all of it has to be offered by the local employees, Many things here are not standardized every individual does things his own way, Scope to learn is limited & Growth opportunities are also very less, compensation policy for travel is one of the bad thing everyone experiences here, Also the appraisal policy is really bad, it is better to not expect much about the work environment & you even have no holiday for festivals as the work here is 24*7 so office cannot be shut & the leave policy is not so good too. if one person has to be on leave the other has to compensate, due to his counterpart being on leave...Read More
