Likes

One gets the freedom to take decisions and good amount of trainings are given from time to time. Also some self learning modules are there through M&M sources though scope is limited to manager's approval.

Dislikes

They don't shy away from firing a resource based on outsider's information, don't even provide a support or guidance in finding future opportunities. Not so women friendly as is shown.
