The company has various sectors like FTL, PTL, RETAIL etc. So you can learn a lot regarding logistics sector. Also the managers are easily approachable which makes it easier to solve difficult problems within a very short span of time

Lack of Growth opportunities, job security is very volatile, paycuts are done without any prior consent from its employees

Teammates was very helpful and supportive in nature, Good sense of learning in my tenure with lots of Up and Down

Culture/Environment was not at all good, Personnel life will become hell

Generally speaking, My work is slightly challenging as I have to look after the entire Operation. It was very interesting for me that from starting of the company I am looking the entire things but as per growth of the company I am not finding my selfdeve
