Dislikes

I don't see any thing which I can mention here. The only thing I want to mention is that if any associate is to be relieved, please try 1st to absorb him / her at any other Project.

Work Details

I had to look after the execution as well as Tendering and Procurement of MEP related works.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
