Contractors are mostly freshers who have limited experience & with low rates. Should go for better contractors. Pressure of working comes on site team when contractors are poor.

Senior Management and Liaising team are very lethargic. Company needs to upgrade. Being a real estate developer, Mahindra group needs to be aggressive and vision orientated.
