Job security was depends upon boss and most of them were senior and they try to transfer some other location give pressure to resign job mental disturbance. We have to work any time, there is no timing and no reorganization for anything we did good but if we make any mistake they took to higher level, and we have to work for reporting managers 70% their work after we completed their work they start what you did entire day like questions and they know well we do the work for him make us foolish. Management try to give best for all employees but superiors not ready to download it to downline Executives and there is no growth for any one, only growth for Area Manager, Regional manager and above peoples. Awsome company policy they provide Travel policy, wedding policy, Educational Assist, Wedding Bonus, New born baby gift, Medical assist, Birthday gift etc. Main Part - Salary slab was very worst and no increment, Executives stay 5 + year experience but salary at end they only out for 230000PA and starts with 180000 PA which is terrible and all work for salary that is not get what we work. Incentive was not given proper time as per time line eg: Quarterly plan, they provide incentive after 6months of that quarter and they not provide calculation for that incentive what we received...Read More

I was lucky that I worked with Mahindra Insurance Brokers Ltd, So there is no point for disliking it. I would like to rejoin, if I will be given another chance. I had to leave it because of very personal reason.

There is very big gap in two way communication sometimes. Otherwise it's ok.
