Also very huge communication gap between executive level and ground level sales team. Executive level people are not even aware whats going on the ground level not expected from a reputed brand like Mahindra. Join at your own risk.

Mahindra Holidays Resorts India Limited is a very good public sector company to work with. But the zone which I work is the worst and people who heads the team collapse mental health and there is no other life except stress. I worked for 2 years and I was forced to leave from this beautiful company only because of the team leader ofthat particular zone and because of cluster head. They don't want to listen the difficulty which employees are facing they only ask for numbers (in sales)what ever your situation is. They try to put you mentally down. No support from the team. For example :- if you had disagree to some things which the cluster manager has ordered (not in contract) you have to face a big consequences, they will definitely try to do revenge in the name of anything and they will try to put you down. Total stress out days. Hope company corporate level management has to take weekly feedbacks from the Relationship Managers through their official mail.
