Best place to work ,healthy atmosphere at branch ,friendly & cooperative culture of organisation but poor carrier growth . Need skill development programme timely.

There is no job training for fresher,hence senior folks like me have to guide step by step,which is pain sometime.

The company policies are good and working culture is very good. Only one request Please appoint an experience employees for RM Or reporting manager post which they know how to treat a team and how to support a lower level colluegs and how to do business for growth of company.

Reporting staffs are not experienced they don't know the policy and don't have product knowledge even don't have basics things of product. I observed that person hiring the candidates for job but he removed the same candidate within one and half month. The company provides healthy work place and good perks for each employees. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
