Good company to be with management really cares about employees. There are some unique policies for employees, some of the best in class.

Dislikes

Company being old the previous employees don't accept new to company employees. Hold and politics of employees is too much. Boss will not help you in anyway. All knows the problem but then to appoint some one for solving it and when problem is identified don't acknowledge it. Think acknowledging problem and taking solution,advices and making the process and places better will help. Lots of cross intervention from boss and last but not the least, boss always reminds companies money is important and not yours. Many here have EGO issues....Read More
