Very worst manager name called Renuka Prasad his doing more fraud work in the company like in village people can't able read his doing very least rate of settlement and giving NOC to them but his collecting entire loan amount including additional late fee and foreclosure charges and he did intentionally my attendance not approved and HR told now we can't do anything

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
