The company policies are good and working culture is very good. Only one request Please appoint an experience employees for RM Or reporting manager post which they know how to treat a team and how to support a lower level colluegs and how to do business for growth of company.

Reporting staffs are not experienced they don't know the policy and don't have product knowledge even don't have basics things of product. I observed that person hiring the candidates for job but he removed the same candidate within one and half month. The company provides healthy work place and good perks for each employees. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
