The company policies are good and working culture is very good. Only one request Please appoint an experience employees for RM Or reporting manager post which they know how to treat a team and how to support a lower level colluegs and how to do business for growth of company.

Reporting staffs are not experienced they don't know the policy and don't have product knowledge even don't have basics things of product. I observed that person hiring the candidates for job but he removed the same candidate within one and half month. The company provides healthy work place and good perks for each employees. I willjoine if I get a chance to serve this company again at regional level. I educated my reporting manager about products and basic things....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
