I worked here for almost 8 years. Joined as MT and resigned as ABM. Company culture was like a family. Everybody was working as it's their own company. Company has fully supported employees even in tough times of COVID and slow market growth. Mr. Ramesh Iyer sir was phenomenal MD. The culture he built was one of the best in industry

Dislikes

since Mr. Raul rebbelo took charge he thought he needs to turnaround each and everything and he is trying to change DNA of the company. None of the employees are satisfied. Main issue is performers are leaving the company and non performer is still in the company. The biggest threat is even good employees are also insecure.
