every day a new politics will be changed and I hv worked here 7 years but last year suddenly some politics was changed and I again fall down whenever I started at mahindra finance . Very rude behavior of almost all employees. Every month u ll get salary on 1st . Appraisal depend on your boss whatever u hv done nothing will calculate
