Working at Mahindra and Mahindra was a good experience .Team mates were gud.It enhance my skills as a trainer.The project was very innovative one.Carrier growth is also gud . Everything is equally balanced .

Dislikes

I personally dislike about Mahindra and Mahindra is unfairness which happened to Bihar trainer.If someone does the mistake each member has to pay either he or she is involved.

Work Details

My work was to trained student of final year.It was a CSR activities conducted by Nandi foundation and Mahindra and Mahindra.The training was conducted for 40hour per batch which consists of 65 students.After training the student were called for campus.

While it comes to Mahindras health policy Quite happy with special sanction but Family insurance doesnot include parents ( We need to pay for the insurance) quite unhappy

Worst culture in Mahindra plant at Chakan location. 3rd class top management smoking and spitting in dustbin at Chakan plant location. Dirty abusing each time

Mahindra as an organization good & ethical company. M&M officers get respect in market place & industry. Job security is there at M&M.

Culture at Spares Business Unit - Bazaar Sales is pathetic. No work life balance. Superior is always showing lack of respect in daily communications. Superior behavior is very bad. Senior never shows empathy & employees' health & family is not important for them. Mahindra is a good organization but Spares Business Unit is having a different set of culture.
