Working at Mahindra and Mahindra was a good experience .Team mates were gud.It enhance my skills as a trainer.The project was very innovative one.Carrier growth is also gud . Everything is equally balanced .

I personally dislike about Mahindra and Mahindra is unfairness which happened to Bihar trainer.If someone does the mistake each member has to pay either he or she is involved.

Work Details

My work was to trained student of final year.It was a CSR activities conducted by Nandi foundation and Mahindra and Mahindra.The training was conducted for 40hour per batch which consists of 65 students.After training the student were called for campus.

For learning purpose, the company is good but client is worst. They always create pressure on employees once any issue occurred in network. Completely multivendor setup so sometimes employee is confused that which skill he want to develop.

Dislikes

Client is more worst. Senior IT team is not supportive, they always creating pressure on employees. Very bad client. If you hired as a senior network engineer then you will have to improve your patience to handle them. No salary improvement. I worked around 2 and half year but at the time of leaving the company my salary is same.
