HR processes well defined Work culture is good

Dislikes

Top management level is very heavy. Very difficult to get promotion and move up the ladder Life of all new businesses within Mahindra is very small. Businesses take birth and die within 3 to 4 years. Only Tractor and Automotive divisions are the real bread winners.. All other experiments are failing

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
