Very poor no job security even I was laid off from company on 30 th june saying due to pandemic I requested a lot saying my hubby is in food industry he was having no salary from march to December I requested hr to support but no use said to leave and shared exit letter, feels soo bad name as MAHINDRA but no support no job security terrible experience!

People those who are hard working no growth ,all politics with hr and team leaders very poor.. Disgusting!
